Seems flawless to me. Vsync isn't any sort of "performance" option that makes your game look better (well, it sometimes does, sort of, but it's not really an option that's comparable to shadows or anti-aliasing). i5 2500k 3.4 Ghz Quad Core 4GB DDR3 1600Mhz GTX 460 1GB Cyclone Rasgueado05-10-2011, 01:54 PMI had this issue last night as well, but I haven't been home to test out My fraps Stayed @ 30 FPS without twitching the whole gameplay.

- It does this to prevent screen tearing (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Screen_tearing).
- The problem happens in multiplayer as well, albeit less dramatically.
Until then play MP and disable vsync. Loading... No matter how high my frame rate is, the game feels as though it's running at 25-30 FPS or less. Can't find your answer ?

solved 50 FPS feels like 30 FPS... 30 FPS feels like 20?? Feel Like My FPS is too low.
