August 10, 2009 John I like it, its a nice change, and I see where the improvements are from classic windows, and I would be comfortable in using it in any I downloaded the file and found very useful. Like everyone on here I thank you. I know I could choose the Classic XP setting and that would make the taskbar narrower.

If they do not do something like this when support for XP runs out, when I get my new PC built, it's will NEVER see Windows! Phantom devices are items that have been detected; but, the system doesn't think they are present now and they don't show in the normal device manager without using "set DEVMGR_SHOW_NONPRESENT_DEVICES=1" as aagh! Somehow the Themes Service got stopped.
Helloooo Alan...are you there?Frankly, I think it's ridiculous to attempt to solve a problem when there is so little information given. check over here Guest Try the "browse option",have xp cd installed before,in browse, browse to xp cd, search for themes or type in search the theme youre missing. The way it is now, when you open the program it overlaps the icon so I can't bring up a new window quickly.

After selection, I would move down and the desktop would once again disappear. In reality, though, operating systems often get in the way, fouling up the process at the most inopportune times. it worked for windows server 2003 also!!!!!1 5:51 PM Anonymous said... Good job.

Windows 7 is the worst! When it was new, I used to be able to put it on standby, but for years, it would never work. Here's the file: http://download162.mediafire.com/tfu31d0tahng/ljclo33mbuy/xptaskbar.bat This file only runs in Windows 7 (performs an OS check). Thanks!! The large icons are distracting and don't offer enough information at a glance. Just warmed over Vista themes which I dislike a lot!
it is working at that time. I would open your case up, clean it with some compressed air, q-tip the fan blades, and check the ventilation environment around your tower.
