I Just Can't Fix This Thing No Matter What I Try! (iexplore.exe)

The system returned: (22) Invalid argument The remote host or network may be down. Now the problem with that is, I can't use internet explorer for a long time, because it close itself after a short time when I want to use it. I have to use all three browsers because they all fail at something. I edited the registry file.

But the problem began when i opend IE. i removed this file easily... There have been several times when the referenced memory errors were being caused by Windows and not anything else. coming up from it.
