I Keep Getting Redirected To Gateway Google Search Page.


I have done this 3 times with no success, had the IT guy out twice and it always looks like it is gone but never is! this is the exact problem I'm having. It did not do an automatic quick scan as described, so I clicked "Scan" and it scanned fine, although it was a full system scan. I got the redirect from a FireFox add-on I can remember the day but not the file !! navigate here

I can do everything until I get to step 6 and it seems no matter which malware removal program I try to download, I get the download box, then within a i have saved it on the desktop and changed the name as some websites have suggested. i got up to the part about add ons but i dont know which one is considered to be suspicious.
