I think that is something from India ... He wants your money for taking away the money of other sites you visit. You seem to be willing to ignore the fact that websites use YOUR bandwidth (and mine, and everyone else's) to display advertising. So I can't say that I love them and I can't say that I hate them, but they can become a little annoying on sites like that.
