Office program cannot be used right now because Office is busy. Computer Won't Open Any Programs Windows 10 I downloaded an ran an adware and a malware software, I have virus protection, I went through the registry manually trying to identify any crap files and remove them of which I suspect that the software was unstable and caused all my icons not to work. I even did a Norton scan on these files but it did not find any problems with them.
